The “Bridging Science and Beauty: The Role of Community Pharmacists in Educating Patients on Cosmetics” event is a professional medical conference organized by the 191st IVPN-AR. This online session aims to highlight the evolving role of community pharmacists in cosmetic counseling, emphasizing evidence-based practices, patient education, and safe product selection. The conference will be held on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, via Zoom, from 20:00 to 21:30 (KSA time).

The session will be delivered by Zeinab Roumieh, PharmD, Lead of IVPN-CosmoDerm and Faculty Instructor at the School of Pharmacy, Lebanese American University. The conference bridges pharmaceutical science with cosmetic dermatology, equipping healthcare professionals with practical knowledge to guide patients in skincare, cosmetic ingredients, and dermatological concerns, while promoting safe and effective cosmetic use.
