Describe the biological mechanisms and therapeutic applications of exosomes in regenerative medicine with reference to current scientific evidence.
Identify appropriate clinical indications, patient selection criteria, and expected treatment outcomes in exosome-based therapies.
Demonstrate understanding of standard exosome isolation and extraction techniques used in laboratory practice. Interpret quantification results and size characterization data using validated analytical methods.
Explain the principles of electron microscopy and flow cytometry in exosome analysis. Apply appropriate laboratory safety measures and quality control standards during exosome processing.
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to integrate current evidence on exosome-based therapies into clinical decision-making, identify appropriate patient selection criteria and expected outcomes, and demonstrate understanding of standard laboratory procedures for exosome isolation, quantification, and characterization. Participants will also be able to interpret analytical results obtained through electron microscopy and flow cytometry and apply appropriate safety and quality control measures to ensure reliable and compliant practice in regenerative medicine settings
